Individual — miserable, pathetic online update of pan details

Dear sir/mam,

Tried three time for correction of the pan card details. All the three time after paying the necessary amount, received message stating
"your e-kyc based request has failed hence cannot proceed the application. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Refund in next seven working days".
As usual government website are miserable, pathetic and confident that the plight of the common public will never be effectively addressed.
Generously request you to rectify the problem and refund the money at the earliest.
