Sir. I had already applied reissue of pan card in the prescribed application alongwith the relevant enclosures/crefentials/annexure a alongwith photo duly attested by a gazetted officer on accepting the payment of rs.499/- through online. Please look into my grievance on going through my papers and try to resolve the issue at the earliest.
