I had kept my belongings at storage for 2.5 years. I contacted them in december to collect my belongs and they arrived in such bad shape,
-my antic furniture was damaged,
-my upholstery sofa and dining chairs had fungus with dead rats inside
- my 40 inch samsung tv has not been found despite calling them multiple times.
- 7 other items were not returned as they lost it, my husband and i drove to the warehouse which was over 35 km and searched for our things from a pile of bad organised stuff.
They have no records or inventory by each customer id. Finding our stuff from that pipe was like looking for a needle in hay stack.
The contract also said that if we store more than a year we get 2 months storage free, even that money has not been returned yet.
Someone else’s cupboard and parts of a furniture were delivered to our house. We immediately called and had them pick it up. I am sure my tv is sitting
Somewhere else.
It been 5 months and no one has reimbursed our loses. This is terrible service and must be dealt with seriously
