Dear sir,
I tried to pay my child school fee on 25th, june through you. The transaction opt was generated by you and sent to me i have than submitted the same to pay the amount after submitting the same, there was some error and transition did not went through and i have not received any transaction id from your end.

While i was checking my statement of account, i got shocked that the amount was deducted from my account and neither i have received any transition id from your end nor school received the fee, could you find out where this payment went, in my bank passbook it is showing ecom purchase. The amount is rs 10, 410.99 time 11.44 am.
