I had been contacted one of the agent of indo asian buildcom ltd and request to visit one of the site of company in sahapur. I had been fixed appointment by persons on saturday and after visiting the spot i denied them that i don't like the spot. However they forse us to visit their thane office even after knowing that my wife was not feeling well.
After reaching thane they ask me the reason why i don't like the deal i clearly told that the spot is not as per my requirements and also more than my budget then they showed me brousure of bela vista sector 5 plot no 7 and pressure me to book the same and took 10000/- by my debit card and send their representatives to my home to take cheque of rs.40000/- as booking amount and pdc of 2, 87, 500/- of 20%.
However on 22 august 2017 i send mail for cancellations of booking and refund the amount and cheque of rs.2, 87, 500/-.
It was confirmed by representatives of indo asian and offered me to settle the matter but till date no repose is received or amount is received back.
Today i received a sms that cheque of rs.2, 87, 500/- was dishonoured by back for fund.
It is clear from above that this company is cheating people and forcing them to invest money. And non refunding hard earn money.
Kindly help me to get my money back.
