As per subject, i want to complaint against indocanadian staff members gurdip singh from gurdaspur along with one of his colleague for misbehaving with me & 4 more persons on 2feb2019 evening at approximately 8pm terminal3 arrival on parallel lane of pillar number 16. Actually the matter is that i arrived at igi airport t3 on 5:30pm approximately. After finished immigration & other all necessary procedures, i came out from airport & met with gurdip singh from gurdaspur indocanadian staff member as per my earlier plan to go to my destination city in punjab via indocanadian bus as i already travelled 7-8 times with indocanadian & i like your services. He informed me for timing of bus arrival at 7pm. After that i go to t2 bus parking & started waiting for bus arrival. But even after 8pm bus not arrived. Within the mean time, i met with my old friend vinod kalia from canada who was also waiting with me at same place for bus alongwith old age man (England) & woman (Canada). We all together decided to book a taxi cab as we were getting late as we were waiting from more than 1hr in bus parking. After booking confirmed, we all 4 persons go to pillar number 16 & started waiting for taxi cab but within the mean time, gurdip singh & his 3 more friends started following us as they were angry on us as we changed our travel option. After taxi arrived at parallel lane of pillar number 16, gurdip singh alongwith one of his colleague from indocanadian staff attacked on us & started misbehave & abused to us as well as taxi driver. You can go through cctv footage as well & you can reacord statement of vinod kalia from canada who was also traveling with me in taxi at that time for more clearance & as a witness of this matter. Finally, gurdip singh & his colleague demand for money to leave us & taken 200rs to leave us & allow us to go from there without any dispute otherwise they were threatening us to see on the way to punjab & to damage taxi as well as physically hitting us.
At that time, we all were in deep stress & harassment & think to leave to airport asap but after that i have multiple tweets to you regarding this issue but not get any response. Tonight, i was traveling back to my destination country so i decided to complaint to you & your concerned authorities for strict action against this kind of people who forced to suffer nris so hope to get strict action against gurdip singh as well as his colleague & request to you to instruct to indocanadian management to fire them from job on immediate basis as well as ban at igi delhi airport for safety of people.
