Indo Shop — Regarding a fraud

I got a call yesterday but I pick the call and say I am busy today call me tomorrow from this number ([protected]).

Today from new number I received a call ([protected]) and there is some lady i don’t remember the name told me about the card which I am already used credit card last four digit 1004 has new benefits you need to claim this offer and she is trying to confident me to approve the offer so after many talk I accept the offer. She said i get 5 benefits
1. vip card in which i get 15% discount on every shopping
2. 10 lakh accidentally insurance
3. 2 national trip for 2 night 3 days in 18 months with family
4. Food cash back worth 5000
5. Choose your gift voucher.

So i agree on this of 24 months EMI so the payment is 9805 so she send me the link i see the link it come from ICICI so i think this is not fraud but i don’t want to pay so my card limit is 3000 so the payment is declined.

After that she talk me rudely so she said i need to close the file there is month end so i said very humble way what can i do after the lot of arguments she talked with me very rudely and also at last she said after this 9805 amount will automatically deducted there is no option for EMI.

Concern:

1. What is this way to talk with our customers.
2. Is it real or fraud.
3. If it is real why it is necessary to accept the offer I don’t want to but she pressurise me you need to accept otherwise it will not good for you.

I also attached all the documents which I have call record and message please verify it and message me is it fake or real.
