access bill bp no.7000072482

I paid bill sum of rs 6613.87 on 13th oct 2018. Again igl demands rs 2670.24 when ever the premises was closed since august. My total reading is 635.051, snap of meter already sent, since meter was installed 3 years back. We never received the bill. I requeste to authorities please send details bills on my email address.

Please refer your sms dated 30.12.18, regagarding my billing. Please be informed that i left india for germany on 19.12.2018 and i will be away till february end, hence my premises will remain locked till that time.

meter installation at wrong place and pipe line still not started.

I applied for png connection through indraprastha gas limited delhi in the month of sep-2018. My b. P. No. Is [protected].
Still my connection is not started and also meter was installed at wrong placed despite of my consent.
Project manager of igl of my area not picking up my phone and supervisor of igl of my area not taking any concrete action to correct the meter location and starting of burner through gas pipeline.

delay in domestic png installation

No installation of png BP[protected] connection has been made since six months till date by igl authorities.
several request has been made to customer care and area coordinator but no action is taken till now.
It is requested to either take necessary action or refund my amount into my account to avoid unnecessary hassles.

the technician is not installing the connection.

This is to inform you that i its more than 120 days now and my domestic gas connection is not yet installed.
Finally when the techinician raja from igl holding mobile no.[protected] visited my location and found the there is already gas connection in place and it will take 2 hours to install my connection.
I live in first floor.
But the technicain did not work and left without installation and saying that the ground...

billing issues urgent

I have not recieved any bill since my connection... I dnt have any bp number.. How to i check my bill?? Customer care executives are of no use... My connection is 4-5 months old and no bill... permanent disconnection of gas

connection not done

We had applied for the connection on september 10, 2017 and paid rs 1275/ vide cheque no 322251 for connection no
Cx25573971 but till now the connection has not been done and we have received notification for further payment through sms. Kindly look into the matter.
The igl website is also not consumer friendly and its not possible to register query/complaint/feedback there....

fraudulent practices adopted by igl cng pump nehru place

I have filled cng in my car at the igl pump nehru place delhi-110019 on 3rd dec 2018. The tank normally get filled with 7-8 kg of gas. However, yesterday as against daily 7-8 kg, the tank was filled with 9.7 kg. This clearly indicates that the pump has adopted certain unfair and fraudulent practices which has led to higher billing.

I want quick redressal of my grievance.
