Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — inflated bills (business partner number: [protected])

Since May 2023, I have been receiving Inflated gas bills and I also filed a complaint with the IGL customer care on 22nd of June, 2023 through mail. I also tried to seek help from IGL customer care verbally but couldn't receive any help from the concerned authorities. The mail regarding the complaint has been attached as a screenshot.
As a result I even have received a notice regarding disconnection of the Gas services.
I'd request the concerned authorities to go through the history of my gas bills before May 2023 and You would realize that my bi-monthly bill has never exceeded an approximate amount of 1000 rupees but from May 2023 I have been receiving highly Inflated bills.
I am ready to pay the actual and the genuine amount for my bills but It is unfair to charge such an inappropriate amount for the same.
