I made a request on 2/2/2015 to the Company to reconnect the meter and restore the Gas supply to my flat at A1/32 Azad Apt Aurobindo Marg Hauz Khas New Dellhi 110016. Earlier I had got the supply disconnected in October to get the Kitchen remodeled. The work is now complete and I would like the gas supply to be restored. Between 2/2 and today 11/3 I have rung up the Customer Care no of the Company 9 times. They gave me the number of their technician who undertakes the job. This no was given to me on 28/2. I have contacted this number about 30 times between 28/2 and today 11/3 . Have sent 3emails to their email address customercare.[protected]@igl.co.in. I have had no response from the Company.
