Induind BankLtd — Used abusing language and misbehave

Sir, I had taken a auto loan from your bank in the name of Ram Kishor Pal my Loan A/c No is DDY01586C about 4 installment has been paid, this complaint is regarding the EMI of 07/08/2015. I called at your customer cared on 9/08/2015 regarding the installment had not been debited from my a/c, they replied that we forgot the present the cheque and it was presented on 19/08/2015, when again i called that my installment had not been debited from my a/c they said that cheque is bounced due to insufficient fund, I replied them that the sufficient balance is lying in my a/c if you required the statement i can show you. I got the mob number of your employee mr Praveen Kumar who is based at your NFC PFD branch. I called Mr Praveen kumar that i have to pay my emi amount and requested him to come and collect the cheque or cash from me, he said this is not our duty you come at me and pay the amount. Again on 28/08/2015 i called mr Praveen Kumar for payment of the emi he used abused language and start misbehaving with me, his senior Mr Pradeep Chauhan also quoted the same. I feel completely harassed and going to lodged a FIR against the both person. Please give me the reply what action has taken against the employee who misbehaved and used abusing language against me. I also not want to pay the extra amount for bounced of emi i.e. approx rs 1000/-.
