Induri Srinivas And Others — failed to develop the site as for norms

Lay out permit no.000036/LO/plg/HMDA/2018 dated 05/03/2018. Sy.no.518 new (710 old) situated at Kandukur village. I purchased a plot and they stopped the process of development and failed to construct wall around the site. So many times I approached them but they are not responding. They failed to develop the proposed site as for norms. So kindly look in to this matter and take the necessary action against them to fulfil the norms.
