    Dear sir,
    As brought out earlier, I continue to get at least three spam mails from daily from IndusInd Bank. This cheap and worthless bank is in habit of spamming and despite numerous complaints has not stopped spamming despite receiving my complaint through emails
    I have complained to their NODAL OFFICER many times but they are greedy spammers and Every day I get several mails regrading their Credit cards/ Loans etc. .
    I don't understand what they are trying to prove except that they are renowned SPAMMERS.
    VERY soon they will all come under data protection cat and then will be liable for prosecution. Cheap companies don't care for PRIVACY, Customer Grievances and are only self centered. greedy.

      I am SANTHOSH KUMAR from chennai. I have tried to pay my Indusind bank credit card payment in indusind bank mobile app and used kotak net banking transaction for payment of Rs:33592.00 on Nov 23th 2022. The transaction was success and the amount is debited from my account. but not reflected T+2 days in indusind mobile app, Please help me out to solve this. Its RS.33592. I have enquired indusind bank customer care on this but they said that no payment received, I have mentioned my transaction details below.

        I was pay my credit card bill 23/11/2022 in indusind bank application through netbanking my amount was debited my bank account, it's haven't received credit card statement and i was not recieved one sms to indusind bank side, I connected indusind bank customer care, they not respons properly please anyone help to me what I do.

          I Reshma Kiran Mhatre holds up a saving account with Indusind bank at the Kalbadevi branch.
          But the account was closed for a long time when I inquired about the closing reason they say that the Account was closed under the KYC pending, but I didn't get any call or mail from IndusInd bank regarding my KYC pending, and the account closed without my knowledge.
          Then I asked in the Kalbadevi branch they said that the account was closed & DD was made for my account Balance.
          So I asked for DD but they are saying that DD was misplaced and they are not aware of my DD.
          I am following them for 2 months but they are not responding, and saying that DBM is on leave so he will come back then DD will give it.
          I don't think that Indusind bank Is very careless about such things.
          I request you please find the below details & delivered my DD to my residence address ASAP.

            Unfreeze my savings account

            I have opened an IndusInd Privilege Savings account on Nov 1, 2022 by visiting the branch. And that account went debit freeze soon after my account was opened. It's been nearly 3 weeks.. since my account is debit freeze. I couldn't make any transaction. Contacted the branch multiple times, they still not solved. What made my account debit freeze ? and i want to unfreeze my account. My Acc No.[protected] and my mobile number [protected]....

                    Very good morning

                    Myself Divya, please help me out with the problem of two wheeler service regards Emi,
                    Actually we have taken loan of active on Dec 31st 2021
                    The loan amount started deducting from our account 7 Feb 2022.
                    Actual Emi is 3223/-
                    For 1st month i.e, 7 Feb 2022- amount debited from account is same 3223/-
                    For 2nd month i.e, 7 March 2022- amount debited from account, but next day i.e, 8 March 2022 again amount debited from our 295/- mentioned reason is mandate failed.
                    For 3nd month i.e, 7 April 2022- same has March month first Emi debited then charges debited.
                    For 4nd month i.e, 7 May 2022- only Emi debited i.e 3223/-
                    For 5nd month i.e, 7 June 2022- This month only 3005/-
                    For 6nd month i.e, 7 July 2022- only Emi debited i.e 3223/-
                    For 7nd month i.e, 7 August 2022- only Emi debited i.e 3223/-
                    For 8nd month i.e, 7 Sept 2022- This month only 3005/-
                    For 9nd month i.e, 7 Oct 2022- This month only 3005/- + 3223/- (when reason asked about this he told us no issues it will be in advance) then thought it's ok
                    For 10nd month i.e, 7 Nov 2022- This month only 3223/-

                    Actual problem is every month we are paying the amount then what's the reason in seizing our vehicle and that seizing persons were demanding for Emi on road for 2 months Emi + their seizing charges i.e, 3500/- Totally they took with us is 11000/- when asked Concern branch manager sir about this he said they will do like that only you have to pay the amount on the spot, my mother sister was with me she's low B.p patient and now she's in hospital due to this Emi and management problem (actually it's their vehicle only they are uneducated) and when asked about this 3005/- which is not actual Emi, Manager sir again replies that maybe ( please note the point of maybe) it's a Insurance, which we didn't signed on any paper or any documents for insurance n nobody informed us about insurance.

                      My savings account is under debit freeze from nearly 6 months, i visited home branch many times and they just say that have received an attachment order on my account. But they never tell me what was the reason in the attachment order. Kindly let me know what i have to do to unfreeze my account

                        I have applied for a Indusind Credit card, all is well in terms of financial and CIBIL score both are very good. own house, own car. i can say a good financial status i have.
                        but IndusInd CC has been rejected without reason, while i am asking share the reason, it said some internal reason. i insist please suggest so i will overcome with this and full all the requirement.

                        seriously i belive Indusind bank is one of the most pathetic bank in term of services, how they hide the reason for rejection.

                                My vehicle loan was finance by Indusind bank Vyttila branch and loan is already closed on 2021 July. Till date I haven't received the against NOC against it. I'm not able to sell my vehicle due to this.

                                I tried calling and mailing them but in vain. When I checked with the local branch they said that the RC owner has to directly come inorder to issue the NOC. I'm not currently in India and I won't come anytime soon. They are not issuing the same to my mail ID or registered address. Really irritated with the poor service of Indusind Bank.

                                  Bookmyshow offers not working in my Indusind legend signature credit card

                                  During the credit card purchases they said bookmyshow buy one get one offer is applicable for my credit card but that offer is greyed out in bookmyshow when I tried to apply.

                                  I am looking to cancel my credit card and buy some other better benefit card.

                                  Please try to sort out this issue at the earliest.
