[Resolved]  Indusind — transaction failed but amount debited

I tried withdrawing money today at atm first for 8000, nd then 3000rs
All transactions were cancelled and it asked me to try after some time. I didn't get any msg to registered mobile no regarding amount debiting but in one hour i received mail from bank that transaction is successful and the amount has been debited
Raised three tickets but no use or response till now.

But when can I expect the solution? It happened on Jan 3rd.and ur team took 2 solid days to accept complaint itself. Its a matter of 11000rs and I'm in a hectic position and in need of money for hospital expenses.
