Sales People at croma giving wrong information to sell a product.

This is regarding a recent purchase, which I did from Croma and it's the very first time I am having such a bad experience with a purchase. We visited twice and discussed our requirements before we purchased. Post Buying this washing machine We got to know that It doesn't have the feature what we were being told by Croma Salesperson.
We got this confirmed now with Whirlpool as well and we want to return this machine. As there is a lot of water wastages and its inefficient in cleaning.
Bought Product:- Whirlpool 9.5 Kg 5 Star Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine (Built-In Heater, 360 BW PRO-H, Graphite)
We raised the complaint on the 22nd, and since that there is no update from Store.
We used this machine only 4 times since we bought it and post complaint we stopped using this. We need a resolution from croma.
