Infosys BPO Services — no response about the pf query

There is No direct contact with infosys helpdesk for ex employees I have been chasing you guys over email and phone number on [protected] but no response at all it's been months for a small task
My issue is to get a approval of my KYC details on PF account
I have send email as well
I have even send email to ex business HR who is still there but no response
I have given so much contribution to this organisation but I am not getting such a small help
If this section has really meant to resolve the complains
Can you please help me and provide a direct contact who can solve this issue
