I have been charged a wrong charge of 6500rs on my credit card.
Transaction details of which are neither available in my messages, Paytm or email id.
Its only seen in Credit card bills against Paytm. No option in mobile app or website to book the same. The customer care BOT is useless. This is not the first time ICICI has charged me wrongly and provided wrong information while asked for help.
I want the wrong charge removed ASAP, and where do I file the complaint ? Was this information helpful? |
