I have placed an order ' #[protected]' on 21 Oct 2014, I have
supposed to receive this on 28 Oct 2014,
Called on 29th Oct, I was asked to wait for 2 days, new date promised was
01/Nov/2014
Called on 01 Nov, I was been ask to wait till 03rd Nov
Called on 03rd Nov, I was been told to wait for 2 more date, Till 06th Nov and
also CSR person suggested for alternate way, Place a separate request for the
same micro max canvas product and choose a one day delivery, pay the extra
amount initially for the new order and all the additional amount plus the
previous order will be refunded back in 5 working days, I agreed in spite of
not willing, He canceled the order ending #161 for refund, now once I booked a
new order, system responded declined back the new order.
Now my 2 orders are cancelled and if call to the customer care they are telling, sorry sir we cannot do anything, all we can do is refund the existing
