I have placed order on September 1st 2016 through a sales rep of 2 landlines for a office premises. Sales rep assured that within 3 -4 days I ill get landlines connection along with broadband connection. Since then i have been calling customer care and sales rep for the update. When at last I lost patience, then I asked to refund and then again they kept me in loop that I have to visit their office and they do not bother at all to retain or concerned to know the reason to disconnect services.
