So, they can built a trust in you to invest.
Now comes the money part starting from the booking amount of 10, 000/- or so. They followup calls from company to pay your installments untill you complete it 100%.

👉you will now see the second side of the company which is totally oppostie from what you saw and the way you were treated.
👉person of contact will not pick up your calls.
👉they will always give assurence of registering it in few day/weeks/moths and lend time for the costumer.
👉no land will be shown or no access of stepping on your tentitive area of purchased land by the consumers.
👉be ready for physical violence from the staff as you can read a comlain from a taxi driver.
👉their costumers helpline is just another aspect of this scam.
👉they will slowly ingore your as if they dont know you and there is no deal hapeened.

So many poor people have invested and regreted their decission. Local police do not help the consumers they will never log complain. The image of this company is in the list of fraudsters. I request each and everyone of yor please dont fall in the trap. You will regret.
