This is to inform you that i pradeep kumar, aged-61 years, r/o, flat no.702, vii floor, casa royale, h. No. 171, tent lines, mohan nagar, nagpur, 440001, have been allotted a villa no. 36 having land area 672.00 sq. Ft. (62.43sq. Mts) and the constructed
Area admeasuring 926.00 sq. Ft. (86.02sq mts) in the scheme known as ‘’marvel” which
Is to be constructed on sector vi situated in vciv, kh. No.07, p. H. No.1, mouza-pipri, tahsil – kuhi, district - nagpur for the total consideration of rs.12, 03, 800/-. I have paid rs.2, 40, 760/-, towards the part consideration on 21.11.2009 vide your letter bearing
Outward no.1045 dated 21.11.2009. The balance amount is to be paid as per required schedule which is to be executed by you.

I t is regretted to state that after accepting the advance money of rs.240760/- you never submitted remaing payment schedule nor advice me the progress of above project. I several time visited to your site office to know the progress of project but no suitable reply is given by you. At the last i visited your site office on 1/4/2015 and applied for refund of rs.240760/- and my refund application has been accepted by your staff named shri hari om batra having mobile no. [protected] along with zerox set of receipt and allotment letter for arranging the refund.

It is very sorry to state that you have not refunded nor replied any thing about refund of my due amount. I may request you to arrange refund of rs.240760/- along with 18% interest with in a week time, failure to which legal action including filing of fir will be taken against you at the risk and cost of yours which may kindly be noted.
