I had ordered a thor 5 dual chipset technology 4g lte camera wifi gps amoled smart watch order no.#174481 from infrill.com on 10.08.2019. I prepaid an amount of rs. 3890 through credit card.
The item was shipped by kronic digital, vishnu garden, near gurudwara, new delhi 110018 through blue dart courier and received by me on 12.08.2019.
However i received an unbranded damaged watch with a loose back cover. Also the watch is not working.
I raised a returns complaint on 12.08.2019 and twice on 18.08.2019. On all the three occassions after submission of the complaint i get the following message after clicking the submit button "thank you for submitting the return request. Your request has been sent to the relevant department for processing" you will be notified of your as to the status of your requests via email.
On all the three occassions there is neither any receipt in my email neither is there any record of the returns request in my account. I needed to return the wrong item within 7 days. Till date there has been no response from them.
After this bad experience i have searched for complaints online against infrill.com. There are complaints galore against this site of wrong item shipping and later on when they are contacted there is no response from them.
Request you to please take punitive action and close this website which is a fraud website. Also damages need to be paid by them to me and the other customers who have bought watches and have been duped by them.
