Ini Cet Exam — Money deducted from the account for ini cet but application not completed

I did payment for the ini cet exam on 10/4/2021 by google pay aiims billdesk . the amount of 2000/- was deducted from my account but the application procedure is not moving forward.
kindly look into this isuue
