Innobuzz Knowledge Solutions — i cant access my account from the 1st day when i got the user id and password

sir after registration of ethical hacking course i got id and password which are not working so kindly hep me sir

(non working id and passwords are
Username: [protected]@gmail.com
Password: d0ru6swp)
i registered on 24th december 2013. till now i cant access my account
but for registration they called me 20 to 30 times
but after registration they are not helping in any circumstances

Updated by Sanket Tangudu i registered in innobuzz.in for ethical hacking course.but i cant continue the online course .so help me sir for that i have already paid sum of 3100
