Five o[censored]s visited innovative film city on[protected].
The entry fee was rs. 600 per head and 100 for camera as well. Total amount paid was rs. 3100.
The entire park was in a mess, most of the rides were not working, the artifacts were all broken.
There was no description in museum's and dinasours were all broken, games were not working.
My in laws came from maharashtra, and they wanted to spend 1 day together with family, so i suggested them innovative film city, as i had visited earlier and it was good.
But it turned out to be harassment this time, there was no water in the toilet's, there were stinking. The water in aqua museum was dirty, small kids were playing in that dirty water, and god know how many of them would have fallen sick post playing in that museum.
We thought of complaining the management, but no one was there in the room, maya/mamta from the sales department said that management is changing and they are undergoing renovation.
My concern is if amusement park is under renovation why are you charging the same entry fee. That too 600 per head.
Who gave the authority to management to play with health of visitors especially kids, dirty toilets, dirty water in aqua museum, food courts not managed properly.
I want a refund for the harassment i and my family suffered.
Just because the management tried to cheat and keep the park open and make money till they can, without providing basic services.
