[protected] ticket raised with customer care of Innovative Retail Concepts Pvt Ltd who own BB Instant (Big Basket Instant) app for purchases through their vending machine.
Issue is when asked for statement of recharges done and the purchases made, they say they dont have facility to track. How do i know that my money recharged is being spent accurately on the products purchased and wanted to tally spendings with recharges done.
They deny having or generating any statements.
