[Resolved]  Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — Refund of ticket money for the Frsutrating Experience @INOX

Hello,
I am a customer of INOX MOVIES who wanted hassle free entertainment on a Sunday evening with my family, but for your staff/officials/management it turned into a frustrating evening!!
I went to INOX Forum Mall, Elgin Road, Kolkata today for a movie called Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings, but I (along with other viewers) had to leave the hall midway through the movie.The video suddenly stopped, we waited for more than 20minutes, but "your" officials/management present there were clueless about the situation and did not have any idea how to handle it.
This is the last thing we viewers expect from INOX Movies!! A movie going off suddenly on an INOX platform! Really is this what INOX has come down to!!
I can certainly say that there is a lack of maintenance and experience of the staff you have kept there!!
Please ensure a refund asap & also viewers should not have this experience at any INOX around the globe!!

We booked a movie ticket for Salaar yesterday.after 20 mins of sitting in theatre they said there are technical issues.pls provide the refund asap.reference image also below
