We have booked for Ravanasura movie tickets at sattva Necklace Mall in Hyderabad. Staff is not allowing to watch movie with my kids, there age is below 18 years it's an adult movie rated A . Saying warning message has given at the time of booking. Staff Mr Sai Ram & Gopi behaved rudely. All bcoz of these we have loss RS 1136/-.
Please change the procedure of booking system like IRCTC . While booking tickets itself they will ask Date of birth and proofs then customers/ people know . Just by giving warning in small letters like Cigarette smoking is injurious to health in Cigarette packet.
