I bought some fabric online from a very unprofessional instagram account and they made a fun of their online business. They sent parcel which was never attempted for delivery and status saying attempted delivery that too 2 times now they are forcing me to pay shipping again if i want that fabric without even my fault and refused to refund my money back. They are making allegation like its my fault i didn't track parcel or i was unavailable while delivery. How can i be not available at the address given. They have all my money and refusing to refund money and even refusing to sent my parcel again. Was this information helpful? |
I feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, but that was due to the courier company and not from our side. We dispatched your order on time and also told you to track the same (at the time of dispatch) in our dispatch note, and as we have discussed over Insta/Whatsapp you agreed that you don't get time to track your parcel. The courier has attempt your parcel two times(as you mentioned in your complaint) but for some reason it wasn't get delivered and may be they tried to call you and for some reason it wasn't worked too. But if you let me know by that time then I could do something for that. But you had informed me when that parcel was returned from your location. This is the reason we always mention in our dispatch note to track your parcel carefully as we are not using any automation tool right now.
Even after your abusive threatening I remained patient and told you to follow the procedure, But I'm happy that when we shipped second time you got your parcel on time.
