I have ordered something from @craftbuzz on instagram and have all the payment receipt as proof. Even after reminding a volly of times to her, my queries have not been address and i have not been provided with any information about my order. Amount is Rs260 which was taken from me and no good have been provided in lieu of this money. Also, she is ignoring my messages and procrastinating. Please help me to get my Rs260 back.
