I saw an ad on Instagram about VIP numbers I contacted the seller via his Instagram page he then gave me his WhatsApp number and then I paid him 3700rs he then sent me a fake Unique Porting Code which didn't work and now when I am calling him he is not picking up my calls nor replying to my messages. How can Instagram allow such fraudulent ads?
