[Resolved]  Instamojo — refund not credited

They promised me refund for failed delivery of products and told refund was initiated on 12th jul and it might take 10-12 working days.

This is 2nd aug and amount is still not credited. They've stopped answering my emails and didn't even provide me bank authorization number, so i double they've even initiated refund.

I received mail from [email protected] stating refund reference number and when I checked my account it was credited with the amount.

Okay, so they sent me another message on 8th Aug that refund processed successfully and also mentioned Refund Reference Number for the tx. It said refund should reflect in account by 19th Jul (probably an error because this is Aug)

I wonder what was the message on 12th Jul stating they've transferred the amount. I believe it was fake message so they could buy some time.

Anyway so my account was credited on 8th Aug. So it took 27 days in contrary to 10-12 days as claimed by them. I don't know it happened immediately because I mentioned my issue here, but I thank consumercomplaints.in anyway because I could read that others had similar issues and also could mention my issue.

I have paid 60k to deyorcamps for ladak bike trip which was cancelled by deyorcamps. I made payment thru intsmojo. immediately they sent me mail that my refund was processed before 3 months. but still i haven't received anything in my account.
