Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — PAYMENT ISSUE Fee Amount is deducted but it is showing not paid in website

I have paid the online payment through upi scanning and the amount had been deducted. But didn't got any acknowledgement e-receipt. So I did it again through net banking. I request you to kindly reimburse the amount.
