I have appeared for ca exams many times. Still i am not able to clear and the reason given by everyone was that you need to have luck to clear ca exams.

In middle we have error message that icai final course application amount is not verified. Still amount is not return to account.

Court should remove the power of icai to deduct marks. Also they should have system of rechecking paper by some other person that the paper checker is awarding proper marks (Proper marks doesn't mean only lesser marks).
Icai makes the student agree that students cannot file cases and cannot show their scan answersheet to any legal authorities, hence student are not able to file complaints. Further student may be affraid about their...

I too agree with the vikas maheshwari said. The principals are treated article students as thier slaves doing all thier personal stuffs with the help of article students and they try to teach us nothing. This happen due to the loop hole in the icai policy.
First of all the principal should know the rules & regulation to guide the article student & then he should take students for articles. He is leaving us to home at his own continent...

In Delhi branch of Ray and Ray chartered accountants, headed by CA A.K. Sharma( Membership no. 80085), they don't give conveyance for any audit client to staff, although they are charging out of pocket expenses(read conveyance of staff) from their clients in their bills. Also, for outstation audits, they don't reimburse taxi bills at all and also don't pay hotel bills fully but keep all the bills with them. Can't say where that money goes?...
