This company is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange & National Stock Exchange. According to their website, Edserv Softsystems Limited was founded by Mr S. Giridharan Chairman & CEO, Ms. G Gita (Managing Director), Mr S Arvind, Dr. Ilango Balakrishna & Mr T. S. Ravichandran are independent directors of the company. Mr Shriram P. R. is the vice-president and takes care of day-to-day operations.

This company advertises in national dailies Like Hindustan Times, Times of India, Navbharat Times, Dainik Bhaskar and invites general public to invest money for big returns but actually they dont payback anything. They also offer dealership & distributorship with huge margins of its elearning products which are either non-existent or they are of such a bad quality that nobody buys them. In this manner they have defrauded lot of people including me.

I have been contacting them for the last 3 months for the refund of my deposit of Rs. 1,10,300 paid to them on 06/08/2011 but they keep giving different excuses. I have been trying to speak to their senior officials for the last 1 month but they are never available in the office. The receptionist always tells that they have not come to the office. I am able to speak to their representative for north india and he keeps offering different stories everytime, sometimes he says I have to sell their stuff to get back my money, sometimes he says their company is going to have a big joint venture and such things.

I am just fed-up with their fraudulent excuses. I am about to file complaints with Economic offences wing of both Delhi Police & Chennai Police and complaints to SEBI, BSE & NSE. I dont want another stock guru india to fool general public of India and run-away with the hard earned money like they have done with me.

I am giving a final opportunity to them by this public notice to refund my money with interest. Other victims of this company may please comment below with their email & mobile no. so that we all can get together and take collective action against the edserv company.
