Dear Sir/Madam
It is to submit that I am once again writing this letter to your office, earlier your office did not replied of my registered letter that I am a police holder of MAX, police No.[protected] and Policy no.[protected] both of PARVEEN KUMAR, I do not want to continue any more with these plans, because the agent mislead me for his personal gains, therefore kindly return my money back with immediate effect,
