ULIP - Induvidual — Non receipt of ULIP Maturity amount

My ULIP policy expired on 23rd april'09. I have submitted the request forms for maturity a month back at Mumbai. Would like to know when my maturity amonut will be deposited to my HDFC Bank account where the details are given earlier. by ECS Transfer or cheque to my address?

I have deposited rs-10,000/- through drtaft ,i handed over the draft to an agent of bhubaneswar uti mutual fund office during the period of 1.1.2007 to 31.12.2007,I have no details of any payment nor reciept.can you help me sir.thanking you and obliged
