Regarding sudden termination without prior notice

Counterfeit medication

I recently some Lonitab-10 online from united pharmacies and i am concerned that the medication I received is counterfeit.

I ordered the medication twice and the packaging was slightly different each time. Also the medication i first received was sent from Hong Kong and the second time it was sent from singapore.

Minoxidil compound is separated from alcohol and settled down inside the bottle for Morr F10 %

I have purchased a morr F10% solution with Mfg Date July 2020. While using that solution I have noticed that the minoxidil compound is turned into christal like compound and it's settled down inside the bottle ( segregated from alcohol). I have been using morr F10 % from last 1.5 years but have not noticed this kind of scenario. Could you please explain the reason behind that ?/ Or i have received a faulty product....

Levera 250

I am using lavera 250 for last more than 3 years which was bright light brown / orange in colour throughout last 3 years, there was no change in its colour.

However the recent i bought is of different colour, it is dull light brown colour (Batch no-vy0470, mfd may 2019).

Doubt arouse about genuineness of medicine. Please see and advise.
