My previous employer intelenet global services pvt. ltd., is not providing any acknowledgement whether they have filed it or not.

Pleases direct me what needs to done in this case

I had given my pf withdrawal forms in 1st week of december 2016.

My joining date :[protected]
Leaving date :[protected]

My previous employer is not providing any acknowledgement, whether pf withdrawal has been filed or not. even after following repeatedly on month-on-month basis. it has been 13 months since i have left the organization.

I have even asked them, if it is misplaced or something wrong. please let me know, so that i can come once again and fill the fresh pf withdrawal form.

It will be of great help if mh maladkandivali pf office - can let me know the status of my pf withdrawal and what is minimum duration pf office takes to transfer the amount from pf account to personal saving accounts.

Is it possible for me to personnel file the pf withdrawal, if not whom to approach for the negligence of my previous employer.

I am facing lot issue in any pf transfer to my new concern.

Instead of my name it was showing as chanadrakant n kachchhave

Pf details are specified below as mentioned in my last pay slip.

Please give me a solution, i have been chasing back with hr team for past year still now there no proper reification for pf & gratuity.
Finally i have lost my trust against my loveable company.
