I Komal, was working with the intelnet global services pvt. Ltd. from 09/11/2015 to 15/09/2017. I resigned on 15th September and done all the formalities and received a mail regarding the full and final settlement from the HR mentioned my full and final settlement has been processed . Usually it takes only 45 days to close account and when i asked for the full and final settlement after 2-3 months they asked me to pay the recovery fee of 12000 to them. I denied to pay the recovery fee that is completely baseless. I approached them many times through phone and email but there is no reply from their side. It has been 6 month, i didn't receive my Provident fund amount or full and final settlement. I request you to look into this case. Here i am sharing my details
