I booked a bus ticket from Mangalagir to Hyderabad as per the detail given below through RED bus for INTRCITY bus service

They called me and informed me that they would reach the boarding point within 15 minutes time. The boarding point is hardly 500 meters from my residence and it is rural and reached 5 minutes before the time and waiting for the bus.
After five minutes we got a call saying that they had wait for 10 minutes and called several times to my number and left the point saying no response from my no.
Both are wrong as they did not wait for 10 minutes and had no response from my number. They said they were in another boarding point which is 20 km from my boarding point ie. Vijayawada and join there.
I had gone there all the way in the midnight but the bus had left from that place also.
The staff were rude, irregular, irresponsible, and not concern about the passenger's urgency.
Later I had spoken to their helpline and was informed that they would investigate and take action if required.
My concerns are:
1. I lost money
2. Lost precious time
3. Lost my exam
4. Incurred additional cost to reach and roaming along with the bus
The above are irreversible and pay a huge cost. Though it is neglected by the bus staff as an individual I Lost many things.
Concern people have to be punished and not repeat such incidents again.
