We got a call from Getit Infoservices & they told about their SEO services. We gave an appointment & we entered into their contract. We have given a cheque of Rs 5058 /- dated 03.09.2013 ( Cheque no 27047). At the time of collecting Cheque they told that working process will be started within 5 days. But still now (13/09/2014) we don’t know about the status. Even Getit Infoservices started his work or not we dont know.

Executive came to us and Given wrong commitment to send business leads on 'COST PER LEAD' scheme on 20th April 2014. Then i gave Rs 15, 000/- cheque for 1st-may-14. and another post dated cheque for 10, 000/- on 31st may-2014.

And they took 15, 000 on 1st may-14. and till 10th they did not start their work.
and when I asked they said, they cant give that service.
Then i asked to cancel the deal and to give my money back. they said ok. But it takes some time to give your money back. And on 31st may-14 they took money with other cheque, which they have with them.

From then till today 28-OCT-2014 they have not given my money back. every day iam calling and sending mails to them. they are saying "cheque is under process...we have some procedures... so as per that we will refund you... please wait... sorry for the inconvenience... we sent request to the concerned dept... we will soon give your money... you just give any complaint to helpdesk...we will escalate your problem..."
its almost 6 months...
till now they are torturing me but not giving my money back...
when i said i will give police complaint...and CONSUMER COURT... they are very much careless about it...
in almost all my mails, i mentioned i will give complaint to consumer court / police station...
THEY ARE VERY MUCH CARELESS ABOUT IT...
Just praying GOD... as CONSUMER COURT & POLICE are also not enough for them...

After the collection of the cheque, no one has contacted either for Catalogue Process or any further information. We regret to inform you that, after some time I came to know, by wrongly they have posted our company's listing in Computer AMC. But we are doing LED Emergency Lighting & SMF Battery business.
Whenever we tried to contact, he is not lifting the calls. No one has visited our office till today.
Then I Contacted Miss. Shubha Rani (Bengaluru office) and sent many request Mail to shubha.[protected]@askme.com. I sent mails for sking Refund, because which you have posted catalogue was not relevant to us. She is not giving correct information even today. Now a days, not replying our mails also. Sorry to say that, this much irresponsible people you are having.
Once again I request you to clear this matter and refund the paid amount. One more thing I would like to say, If you are dragging this matter for some more time, definitely I will take this matter in to Consumer Court of Law, for asking Paid amount with interest.
