This is the worst company to work with. They get their work done through you & will not pay your salary. Even they don't give you experience certificate. Also they spoil your future by giving negative feedback in employment confirmation from your future company.
They will pay higher packages to employees because nobody want to join this company. Also they say that offer higher packages to employees as we will not release their salary.
When you ask for the salary then Mr. J.K. Menon & Mrs. Dolly Menon abuse like anything. They are used to o[censored]ttering abuses related to Mother & Sister.
I am very ashamed that I was a part of this organization.

Updated by muskaan0smile Neither they pay the salaries nor they issue the experience certificate. Moreover they ruin the employment verification from future company.
On top of it they threat the employees to work with them without salaries. They bound you to work for 36-48 hours continuously. Even they get you to office using their administrative staff from your home to work even if you are sick. If you ask for the salary then the administrative staff will beat you using rods & belts. Also lots of Police cases & court cases are going on against them. They are used to of putting false allegations on the employees who soever ask for the salaries.It was a nightmare for me to work with this organization.
