This company and CUSTOMER suppor it hopless thirdclass, ## and MHO

Government must ban INTEX Mobile

Govt must bann the Faulty and exteemly INTEX MOBILE.

This mobile may harm all

BO ONE SHOULD BUY IT. NDONT RTRUST TOO

THEY PROMISED FOR REPLACEMEBT AND REFUND

But they are battery's and lies, not paid me a single rupees, file case online, but no results yet!...

Led tv not working for last 30 days, complaint registered but no response

Address: B-850, GALI NO-26. SANT NAGAR.BURARI , DELHI

My intex Led is not working for last 30 days. I have 2 reference number of complaints one is Ref No. D[protected] and second is Ref No. D[protected]. There is no response from Intex company side, technician visited two times but only he makes videos of defective Led and take charges of visit Rs. 590 after this there is not a single communication between company or with customer.

Please solve my issue as soon as possible because...

LED TV not repaired as parts not arrived since 17 days

Jobsheet Number(Ref No.) C[protected]

TV has been given to service centre on 29 October.
They have raised request for panel on the same day but its been 17 days still my problem is not resolved.
Service centre is telling that they have not recieved spare parts yet.

Raised concern with intex care email and also written to CEO office which stated in intex website.

Still no response...

I have bought an intex 4.1 Bang Plus 2 months ago and now it was having an issue with the sound so I have take it to the service centre on 21st July and they have check the product they had told me that the comprine was with the board and they have ordered it on 23rd or something and now it's August till now the haven accepted the request for the delivery of the board I am very unsatisfied with the service of this they are very careless about...

TV issues problem in power supply

15 days before I made a complaint but still i didn't get any information from your customer sevice. You gave three years warranty to customer that only we gave complaint to service center .My tv board is repaired so ple send the new board to me already u sent one board that's also not work properly.Here i request you to ple do favour to me ..as soon as possible....
