Intra Interiors (dhruv Kumar Jha) — Interior leads Fraud

They promise to provide interior designing leads accross top cities in India.
Their website shows multiple packages starting from 5k to 30k+ for different types for leads and depends on the number of leads that we want.

I'm from hyderabad and I do interior designing and home theaters.

There is a number given in website [protected](Dhruv kumar jha), I pinged them
in whatsapp.

Being skeptical, I took the most basic package which is Rs.5500 for 1 exclusive lead, which means they would provide me an interior design lead exclusively, they will not share clients number with any other designer. It is exclusively for me. I paid via gpay.

They promised me lead in 7-10 working days, and I paid them on 18th of Jan 2021.

I waited for 10 working days, they asked more time.

Time went by, I waited till end of Feb. After which I asked for a refund because I was sure that they have no capability to provide lead (atleast in Hyderabad).

He said he initiated refund and would take a week to 10 days.
I pinged him after 10 days, he gave a new date of 3rd April for the refund to get processed.

I couldn't understand, the reason why it takes 30 days to process a refund. That too something that is done via gpay.

PS: He never picked up my call, call him any day any time, he would cut the call and say that he is in a meeting and he would never call back, he only texts in whatsapp.

After all this I am convenced that he a fraudster and hence writing it up here so that people would know about this new scam.

I'm not sure about other cities, I'm from hyderabad. So, folks from hyderabad don't waste your money by paying intra Interiors (Dhruv kumar jha).
