Case id - [protected]-471 it's been logged on 02.07.2016,
I am quite surprised and upset to get such a pathetic customer service from hp gurgaon repeatedly.
We are using 5o business desktop, laptop and other system of hp from 2 years in a row. i m very much disappointed with the service and will never ever buy hp product again. it is the pathetic and irritating customer support from hp. i even doubt do you even train your customer support executives for a quality services.
I get in touch with customer support 3 to 4 times and discussed about my case which logged in hp dated 2 july 2016 with case id - [protected]-471 and till now it’s not resolved and they said me that case id under process in backend.
I called so many time to vendor iqor (hp authrised service center) on below given number but they didn’t pick the call even they didn’t respond.

This is really pathetic customer support.
I wish we have best buy or consumer forum in india and i could file a written complaint against the service & then i would not be the one worrying about the complaint, you would be the one answering the best buy/consumer forum.
Hoping to hear or get a reply from you soon, but seriously i doubt if you even reply to customers.
I would suggest you do that to me and i get a chance to get in touch with consumer forum and now i even have a documents proof as well. Was this information helpful? |

I am trying to see if a group of customers can get together and haul HP to consumer court. More power when there are more o[censored]s. Let me know.
