Investment Visor — not refunding my money for receiving gst caution

My Name is Sandip Karkhanis, Age:-29yrs, I Take advisory from Investment visor company, i had subscribed this service for 1year and paid full payment,
after some month there msg stopped for some days so i was called them, they told me my KYC is not completed so i have to pay Rs.3770.10/- for GST caution, they told me that this money will be refunded in two days.
after some time they again call me and said that if you paid total 20000/- then your money will be credited your Bank a/c. on next morning, on this condition i had paid Rs. 20001/- in 4part of payment.

Rs. 2006.00/-
Rs. 2914.60/-

that part of total Rs. 20001/-; that payment was done on 14 December 2017.
now more than 1month completed, but they cannot given back my money.
I was talking with Miss. Ankita who is may be handling this payment section. she was not co-operative and not helping me out.

I had Already Paid 1year Fees for this service in August 2017
