Iocl Sri Lakshmi Balaji Filling Station — Amount debited from my account without my knowledge

ON 16.01.2023 I have filled petrol there and made debit card transaction, now today 18.01.2023 some 33rs debited from my account and mentioned as tips. without my knowledge how it has been debited from my account. I need the amount to be credited back else I will not be with this bank anymore. It's secureless .
