Ion Exacense Pvt Limited — amc for water purifier

I took a amc in good faith as i was informed that ion exacense represents eureka forbes. Their brand aqua care to confuse with aqua guard went un-noticed. Eureka forbes is also to blame as they have allowed a competitive service provider to use a name that is very close to their own brand. Why can;t forbes file a complaint with the roc. But i had a formal amc upto 12 december 2109 with eureka forbes. They even took away original candles supplied by eureka forbes lying to me that they are defunct and useless, which were to last till december 2019. They have charged me rs8000/- for a amc for two years on[protected].
I shall prefer a police complaint if the candles are not immediately returned to me along with rs.8000/- for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Many similar complaints since 2016. Looks like no action would be taken on this criminal company.
