From this company I took AMC for 2 years I have paid Rs.8500/-. On[protected]. The technician one Diwakar, saw my installed under sink model, RO water purifier. He promised that the stand of the purifier will be replaced and separate amount will not be charged, it is included in the AMC and within two days he would install it. The person named Diwakar did not turn up at all. In due course, there was lock down due to Covida . I waited for removal of lock down. The lockdown got over, the business all over started, so on June 20 th 2020, I went to ION Exacense office located on 3 rd block Jayanagar. I spoke to the technician, he gave the number of one Mr. Vinodh, who is over all incharge. In the evening I spoke to him, he asked me to send a picture of the purifier, I took the picture and sent to his What app .. he sent a message asking which area, I said Malleswaram, asked for customer code, I sent it and the amount paid by me. He promised to send on Monday. I waited for the whole day. No one turned up. Again I went to and met this time mr. Vinodh, showed him the invisible pure water filter, he promised to send a technician. On[protected] a technician came and changed the carbon filter only, when I asked him, he said, he given the instruction to just change the carbon filter. There was very little water leaking in the drain, I thought that, impure water is draining . After a month, the water was draining off in the drain, in force into the drain. I tried calling Vinodh, and he was not receiving my calls, so I recorded the water flowing and sent it, requesting him to immediately send a technician to fix it properly. Ion 20/10/2020 and 21/10/2020, I sent the recorded water draining.. The company, nor the incharge person did not care. Once again on November 02 Nd 2020, I visited the Jayanagar office. I was not allowed inside to talk to the incharge person, Vinodh. The staff who takes calls were answering. I waited for 2 hours. Though Vinodh was available in the office, the staff said he is not available. I persuaded much, then the staff told me, that he is in the office, but I cannot meet him. The next day the water from the filter, started overflowing and it spread to my entire kitchen. I was panicked, did not know what to do, stopped the tap and cleaned my kitchen. The next day, I was calling Vinodh who is incharge directly. He did not pick up the call as usual. On 9 th March 2021 I called to the office to lodge the complaint, a lady Who is a employee, picked up and heard my complaint and said will definitely call me back. I waited. On[protected] I once again called the office, the employee received my call and she gave a another registered complaint number, she says the old complaint number is closed, I asked her how could she close, when my old complaint is not attended. The staff! promised to send a technician, within 24 hours, , it is more that 72 hrs, nothing happened. on[protected], a technician called me for the location and address, and asked me whether the stand was fixed, I informed him past more than a year, my AMC has not been attended, he said will get back, till date today the 23=rd March, 2021 . I have been calling the number, and through this media, I wish to inform the company and the incharge, that I will proceed and file a case in the consumer court.
